These terms apply to everything you buy from Purethos. By placing an order
you agree to them.

WHAT WE SELL
Purethos sells digital colour grading products — LUT files, PowerGrades and
related materials — delivered as downloads. Nothing is physically shipped.
YOUR LICENCE
When you buy a Purethos product, you are buying a licence to use it. You do
not acquire ownership of the files themselves.
You MAY:
- Use the files on unlimited projects, personal and commercial
- Use them on paid client work
- Use them on content you monetise, including films, adverts and social media
- Keep using them indefinitely, including after this licence page changes
You MAY NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or give away the files
- Include them in any product, preset pack, template or bundle you sell
- Upload them to file-sharing sites, torrent networks or public repositories
- Present them as your own work or claim authorship of them
- Use them to create a substantially similar product for sale
The licence is for one person or one business. If you have a team who each
need the files, contact us.
If you breach this licence, it terminates immediately and you must delete all
copies.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout. Your files are
delivered by email as soon as payment is confirmed. See our Shipping Policy
for delivery detail and our Refund Policy for returns.
COMPATIBILITY
Product pages state which software each product requires. The Cinemaker LUT
Pack is Rec.709 and works in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut and DaVinci
Resolve. The Cinemaker PowerGrade requires DaVinci Resolve Studio.
It is your responsibility to check compatibility before buying. If you are
unsure, ask us first — we would rather answer a question than process a
complaint. We cannot guarantee our products will work with every camera,
codec, software version or workflow.
RESULTS
Colour grading is subjective and depends on your footage, exposure, camera,
lighting and shooting conditions. We make no guarantee that any product will
produce a particular look on your specific material.
CHANGES
We may update, improve or discontinue products. If you have bought a product,
you keep access to what you bought. Updates to a product you own are provided
free where we release them, but we do not guarantee any particular update.
We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published at the
time of your order.
LIABILITY
Our products are supplied as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our
total liability to you for any claim connected to a product is limited to the
amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law,
including your statutory rights as a consumer.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
