Shipping policy

Purethos sells digital products only. Nothing is physically shipped, and
there are no delivery charges, customs fees, duties or import taxes on any
order.

HOW DELIVERY WORKS
Your files are delivered by email as soon as your payment is confirmed
usually within a minute or two. The email contains a download link for
everything you bought. There is nothing to wait for and nothing to track.

IF IT DOESN'T ARRIVE
Check your spam and promotions folders first, and search your inbox for
"Purethos". Delivery emails come from hello@purethos.co - adding that address
to your contacts helps.

If it still isn't there, email hello@purethos.co with the address you used at
checkout and we will re-send it manually. Do not place a second order.

DOWNLOAD ACCESS
Your download link does not expire. If it stops working, or you lose the
email, or you change computers years from now, contact us and we will send it
again. If you bought it, you keep access to it.

FILE SIZES
Downloads can be large. We recommend downloading on a stable connection
rather than mobile data, and saving the files somewhere permanent rather than
working from your Downloads folder.
