Refund policy

Purethos sells digital products. Because every order is delivered instantly
as a download, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the files
have been delivered.

This is standard for digital goods, but it is not us walking away from you.
If something isn't working the files won't load, the grade doesn't look
right, or you're not sure how to apply it email hello@purethos.co and tell
us what camera and software you're using. We will help you get it running.

BEFORE YOU BUY
Please check the product page for compatibility. The Cinemaker LUT Pack is
Rec.709 and works in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut and DaVinci Resolve.
The Cinemaker PowerGrade requires DaVinci Resolve Studio. If you are unsure
whether a product will work with your setup, ask before purchasing.

STATUTORY RIGHTS
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have a 14-day right to
cancel digital purchases. By completing your order and downloading the files,
you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that right to
cancel.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER
If your download link does not arrive, does not work, or has expired, contact
hello@purethos.co and we will re-send it. There is no time limit on this if
you bought it, you keep access to it.
